  Humanity is at its worse these days. This company did a brig project in my house for around $600 dollars and it was even though it's expensive. When I called them again, the person on the other side of the phone completely misunderstood what I wanted. When the locksmith arrived she said she couldn't do anything and was trying to charge me for a lot of money. Than I said sorry I couldn't pay for it but they charged me $92 just to show up. JUST TO SHOW UP!!!. I than called the owner to see if I can negotiate because he did the work for us previously, he didn't understand anything and just yelled at me. Anyways I paid it and understood that that's how they treat their old customers. One of the worst businesses. Never calling them again and nobody should call them unless you have all the $$$$ they need.

  Called several locksmiths that couldn’t exactly meet my needs, contacted Red Key and the owner came to do the job himself. I called at a late hour in the night but he still showed up very quickly. Installed new locks professionally and swiftly at a reasonable price, I would certainly recommend their service.

  Eran was great! We were on a family vacation in Niagara Falls far from home and he came quickly to not only help us get into our vehicle, but also provide us with two new working key fabs! I huge help... making our trip stress free in-spite of the circumstance we were in. Eran was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to meet! Certainly a blessing to our family and we couldn't have asked or found better assistance and reliable service!
