  IF YOU WANT TO NOT BE UPCHARGED AND VALUE SMALL BUSINESS DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I called them thinking they were a brick and mortar company, but it turned out to basically be a call center that put the job out to bidders. Once a locksmith from a different company came out last month, I told them how much they charged and he couldn’t believe it. They only get a piece of the charge and the people in the middle get another piece. Better off just calling a locksmith directly

  Locked out of my home on Easter and waiting in the cold. They assured me that someone would be along in 45 min. I waited patiently and when I received email confirmation it was immediately canceled 5 min after. They took my phone number and my credit card number and pre-charged me. When I called a local locksmith, they arrived quickly and told me Keyme is a scam and well known among local locksmiths. I now have to change my phone and credit card numbers due to security concerns. If you value your time and security, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'd give it zero stars if I could. THANKS FOR NOTHING.
