Very nice employees better small nut and bolt  selection than the big box stores

I love having a hardware store so close to home!

I got the help I needed quickly and timely. I have no bearings to say whether the prices were fair, but everything else seemed above average to great, to me.

This place has usually had all the bits and bobs you forgot to pick up and the HD. They're always kind and helpful.

They have a list of 10 unreturnable items pasted on the checkout counter that most people don't bother looking at. I purchased an UNOPENED combo lock that I tried to return but was told "sorry dude, no return". They didn't warn me when I purchased it. No wonder small stores like these are going out of business. Prices are 150% more than Amazon and far less flexibility on returns than Home Depot and other stores. This is what I get for trying to support local small stores.

Called to see about getting some replacement glass cut (HUGE sign in window states that cut replacement glass) was told I had to be there for it to be cut, "they don't take credit cards over the phone to cut it and hold it". I am disabled and don't drive. Arranged a ride a few days later. Got to the store, and there was "no one there who cut's glass". Whaaaaaat?? Why advertise if you can't offer it all the time? Young girl "helping" me seemed bored out of her mind. Helpful she was not!!

These people are great!  Its a small store but they have practically everything. And they're really nice and knowledgeable. If you want to buy "local" this is the place to go.

Friendly service and high prices... Just what you'd expect. They have a good selection of things for a small hardware store.
