  Highly recommend seeing Ferris for your phone repair service! He is very efficient, professional, and fast! Price is very reasonable and the store was super clean and organize! He carefully explained the issues with my phone and is very informative about how he fixed it and how to use my phone. He answered all my question and concerns. I am a very satisfied customer! I will definitely return here in future for any electronic issues!! Thank you so much Ferris!! You are awesome!!

  I cannot even begin to explain my SINCEREST GRATITUDE to Ferris and Quick Mobile! My Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga had a fan error and after talking to Lenovo it looked like I was gonna to be paying upwards of $500 just to repair this fan…. With also having to give my computer away from 2 to 3 weeks and no guarantees that that would even fix it! And also being told anything else they would need to do to repair would be additional fees! Working with Ferris he was confident to take the computer, review the issue and that this was not going to be an outrageous repair! Ferris was able to repair the fan, clean up my computer and now my computer is not only fixed, running faster than ever and it is like a brand new computer! I originally came to him thinking this would be way too expensive of a repair, I was gonna have to buy another computer, etc. and his level of professionalism, calmness and knowledge was truly a godsend! I cannot recommend Quick Mobile & Ferris enough!!!! Not only did they save me a tremendous amount of money, time & aggravation…. They have given me the peace of mind of their honesty, their intelligence and quick turn about times in repair! I also truly appreciate the knowledge and education they shared with me and now I have the info to keep my computer running in fantastic condition and definitely will be visiting them in a year from now to do another check up and clean up on my computer!

  My wife and I took our phones in to get new screen protectors and cases and could not be happier with the service that Ferris provided. Would definitely recommend Quick Mobile for all your electronic/phone needs.
