  I can’t express the gratitude for the service provided. Saved me in my worst moment of desperation when all hope was lost I found out these professional locksmiths! They were quick and don’t play around when it comes to opening your car. I am very thankful I was able to find these guys. Or else my butt would’ve been freezing outside in the cold season temperature around 40 degrees, locked outside my car (both my car keys were inside the vehicle) it’s madness in those type of situations! Just glad everything worked out great! Didn’t get the drivers name believe his name was Issac he drove a blue Honda Fit came quick very friendly and professional thanks guys!

  I was charged $180 to drill a hole through my lock after the locksmith spent over an hour trying to open my door with some very sad-looking inflatable bags. I then had to pay building management $75 to replace the lock because the new lock the locksmith had DIDN'T HAVE A KEY! I definitely overpayed for poor quality service. Go somewhere else!

  Hi Naima, Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns over the service you received. We care about each and every clients opinions as this obviously helps us in providing the best customer experience as possible. Sometimes we may drop the ball but very rare. And if we do then we always try to quickly fix the situation to the customers satisfaction. A real professional locksmith tries very hard to perform a lockout without the need to drill the lock unless it is some special high security lock that requires destruction to gain entry to the home. The internet is littered with stories of non professional locksmiths who Only drill locks even if though the locks can be picked or by other methods. So for that alone, I am pleased to hear that the locksmith tried his best to unlock your door and only an hour later did he have to resort to invasive lockout techniques. As far as the inflatable devices go, they are common and they kind of look like the blood pressure device with a pump that doctors use to pump air and squeeze. This technique allows for a small opening to occur in the door. So these air bags are not attractive devices but they are real and effective in many lockouts. I tried calling to discuss this with you and see what I can do to make you happy but got your voicemail. There's some things where I need to speak with you to further investigate what you said about the lock not coming with a key. It doesn't make sense since the tech has many locks in his car and he has a key machine too so something doesn't add up in what you are saying and I would like to talk to you to see how I can set things right.   Great job from the company. The technician got to the house way before time. Reliable, efficient and friendly. Happy with the work done and will definitely use them again. I appreciate a follow up call from the office to see how everything went.
