  Roberto came within half an hour and easily changed my tire. He was kind and polite and even showed me the steps. It was helpful since Audi has a different tire makeup than what I’m used to. Amazing and reliable service!

  Although it took 2 hours for them to come to my aid, (I am a very patient person) in the end Daniel was professional & knowledable. He helped me get my vehicle running smoothly again.Thanks for your hard work Daniel! Focus on the positive end result rather than the long wait time. Keep in mind, long wait times are also due to time of day, staff shortage, and distance the tech is coming from. Good day!
