  I had a scheduled furniture delivery and for some reason my key no longer worked to the front door. I needed a locksmith ASAP and Q 24/7 Lock Service saved me!! They came out within 20 mins of calling. When the locksmith arrived he explained what was happening with the lock and key which ultimately was cut wrong. Any case, he was able to get the door unlocked and it was perfect timing considering the furniture delivery was literally pulling up to the house. If your want someone who are very professional, reliable and informative, contact Q 24/7!

  I highly recommend this company! Jay was quick to respond to my request for a quote, we texted back and forth to get details hammered out, he provided a quote, and was able to come out same day! He gave me a 1 hour window of when he would arrive. He arrived early and completed the tasks within 30 minutes. He charged me exactly what we agreed to, was professional, efficient, and friendly. I will definitely call him the next time we have lock service needs! Work completed: Replaced residential front door hardware and lock (re-keyed lock to existing key as well), and lubricated a door handle mechanism. Thanks Q 24/7 Lock Service.
