  False information given was never told I would have two fees. They charge two fees a service fee of 39.00 and to unlock 120.00. When charged he said it be 120.00 then later I check my CC and it’s charged 159.00 it’s one thing to charge two fees but it’s another thing to be dishonest and not be upfront. I would have never used if two charges for a simple unlock car. Customer service was extremely rude when notified issue of not being explained price correctly. Definitely better pop locks out there.

  They arrived within an hour of the time I called and it only took the locksmith 5 minutes to get into the house. They will not quote you a full price until they get to your house because of variables. When they got there they quoted me $250! I told them that was too much and we negotiated down to $130. I still think that was too much but the service was good and he got in the door quickly.

  Tried to rip me off by switching out my existing transponder key fob with the one I wanted programmed and then claiming they did the job. When confronted with this the person in the office threatened to call the cops for theft of service because I refused to pay. Even when provided with evidence they refused to back down. Once they realized I was fully on to them the technician just left and I never heard another peep. This happened 3 years ago so maybe things have changed. I certainly hope so.
