2/23/22 - Just had Nick replace a key for my vehicle.  He was so great to work with.  Always answered my call or text right away.  Worked with me to schedule a time and location that was convenient.  Very friendly and did an excellent job.  I highly recommend Nick and his company.  Thanks, Nick.

3/22/22 - I called this afternoon and Nick was at my house by 5pm. By 5:45 he had installed my new smart lock!  He even chiseled the door so it wouldn’t stick. Very professional, prompt and friendly.  I HIGHLY recommend Prime Locksmith. Nick is a great guy and provides great service!!

I contacted Prime locksmith to replace a damaged lock at our school on a Saturday. The locksmith (Nick) made it there within a couple of hours and replaced the damaged commercial lock and duplicated a key for me. He was very professional and very knowledgeable of his craft as he was in and out inside of an hour after arrival to my location. I would recommend him to everyone in need of a locksmith.

This gentleman,  Nick, exemplifies what Business- professionalism and customer service entails.  If I  could give him a 10 star approval rating, I would! This is a 10 star approval from me, hands down. I have been locked out of my vehicle for over 3 weeks. I called various locksmiths for assistance.  The first never answered after calling on 4 different occasions.  The second locksmith, I walked into his business and left my information and was promised an appointment in two days.  I never heard from him and he never answered my call. The third locksmith was recommended by a chevy dealership. I  called multiple times in two days until he answered the phone and after explaining to him, we made an appointment and promised to be there but he never showed up. I called him multiple times again but he never answered pr returnedmy calls.
Yesterday afternoon,  I checked online and saw PRIME LOCKSMITH AND SECURITY.  I called the number and my call was answered immediately in a very friendly and courteous manner. It was Nick. I explained what I  needed to get done and got an appointment scheduled for today morning.  Sure enough,  Nick was here, right on time. With a great attitude and sense of humor,  he got to work and he did a FANTASTIC JOB.  He unlocked my Van and made me a new set of keys with no glitch or hiccups. He is the real deal.
