  Bought a set of 3 keys the other day from a kiosk in Lowe’s and none of them worked. Currently, trying to get a refund. Update on 10/19/21: Minute Key provide a prompt resolution to this issue. Adjusted review from 1 star to 3 stars. The kiosk I used need to be serviced.

  The Decorative keys did not turn out defined enough to unlock my doors,The precision was off.But the basic free key you gave me works just fine!

  Convenient but kind of tricky because you can’t get the free key of another key blank , You have to get it of the same blank key so if you wanna have different key that will not happen for the free key and they Option you to get another key at a lesser price so fully watch the screen and also there’s no customer service to ask questions or answer questions So it’s not good and it’s not bad it’s convenient
