  I called this morning for a needed garage repair. By 10:45am, Andre was here replacing the spring. By 12:20pm he was done the job. No mess, clean, quick, affordable, professional and efficient. This is covid times, so the fact that he wore a mask was also appreciated. I will definitely be calling them for any other garage repairs, and I recommend them.

  Excellent customer service. The technician explained the importance of the sensors being in alignment. I hadn’t even realized there were green light sensors on the automatic garage door. He also instructed me on preventative maintenance of my garage door for optimum performance. He was cheerful, patient, and explained everything to me at my level of understanding without judgment or making me feel as tho I had caused the damage to my garage by my negligence or ignorance. I will always use Thunder Garage Repair and will recommend to all my senior friends and associates.

  Our garage had a terrible rattle and sounded like it was about to seize up. Glad we called Thunder Garage! Adam got to us fast, didn’t try to upsell us and walked through the realignment and other work he did to quiet our garage door so we know what to look for should it happen again. Great folks!
