  I called before they opened. As soon as it was 9am (opening time) my phone rang. It was them calling me back to offer services (who does that?! :-) ) This lady was super nice over the phone, very fast in taking my personal information. The guy was at my house and opened my van in less than 30 minutes all together. Also very nice professional guy. It's 9:43 am right now and I've been sitting eating breakfast for a little while after he left , so maybe it was all done in way less than 30 minutes! IMPRESSED AND THANKFUL.

  Asked them to redo my car key as I had wanted a spare. I had a 2 year old battery in my key that was working perfectly fine and they said it needed replacing. Purchased a new battery from them since they offered me a "discount" and less than 6 months later it is dead. I went to visit them and could barely speak over the owner's child whining while he cared to his child and faced his back to me. Bottom line they said there was nothing they could do and that all car key batteries have a 6 month lifespan and mine died within its normal range. I've had batteries that lasted 4 years..
