  Excellent service, I recommend this company to everyone. They helped me with my daughter’s car keys and they were already closed but the owner told come and I will wait for you, and he did! They worked after hours to help me, and I really appreciate it that.. not only good service but a great human being.. Thank you so much again🙏

  They had the part I needed when everyone else hand not. I spent some time looking for this deadbolt latch for my front door. Some part of the old one shattered into pieces out of the blue. My local locksmiths did not have this part. Home depot had the part to order, but the delivery would have taken more than a week. I could not wait that long. If I didn’t find this part my only option would have been to buy a whole new one, and it probably would have a miss match to the brass on the door, not that that is too important. After getting back home, I did some research on Google and found Elio’s. They answered the phone quickly and answered my questions quickly. It was so quick it made me worry, but I was wrong the guy is just fast. When I got there he took care of me just as quick even with a short line of people it didn’t take more than 5 minutes. The place wasn’t fancy but it was well set up, professional. It has this workshop like vibe. I never got the guys name but this dude was friendly. I gave him the old deadbolt and he found the part I needed quick. He even double checked it to make sure it would be ok. I was very Impressed.

  Today I accidentally left my keys inside my car and called Elio’s because it was the nearest locksmith from my location. There was a bit of miscommunications issues and I called the store to complain about it. To my surprise, Mr. Robert, the owner, picked up my call and was really understanding about my issue. Definitely would recommend because Mr. Robert makes sure people get the best customer service that no other locksmith store offers in the area. He really does care that people are treated right and listens to your every need. Definitely going to call them again in the future if I unfortunately do this mistake again, but let’s hope that doesn’t happen.
