  He was at my house 20 minutes after I called him and had a key made for my car and it literally took maybe 10-15 minutes. He even made me a second key so I would have a spare! If I ever have another incident that involves the need of a locksmith, he is the one I will be calling! Super friendly and professional!!!

  Called at 10:30 AM to have my car unlocked and was told they'd be there in half an hour. I waited until after 12:30 PM and still no one showed up. I tried to call back several times between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM with no answer. So I called another locksmith and they showed up in five minutes. Never using these people again, big waste of my time. If you're going to run a business where people call for your services try answering the phone when people call.
