  Steve got to me about 15-20 minutes after I'd called. He was very professional and got my trunk unlocked in about 5 minutes! I can't speak about comparative prices with others in the area as this is the first time I've ever needed locksmith assistance, but just shy of $60 will definitely make me think twice about setting my keys down in my trunk again to lift something heavy! At the same time, however, I got my keys out without popping the lock or damaging my trunk lid! Steve also explained being able to use roadside assistance coverage to get reimbursed, so I'll say he's helpful, courteous, timely, and professional. Much appreciated!
