  They were courteous and informative on the phone. I had a question the receptionist couldn’t answer but one of their locksmith’s (Joe) called back immediately. He gave me every bit of information I needed, quoted a fee less than another locksmith I had called who was too busy to come out. Joe from Pop a Lock was able to come out the same afternoon, called that he was on his way and sent gps with his picture so I could see his progress and know who he was. He arrived promptly, was very nice but got straight to work. He did the job quickly, thoroughly and exactly how I wanted. It turned out I needed something a little cheaper than the quote and saved me a few bucks besides. I don’t need a locksmith very often but when I do, I will be calling Pop a Lock. Unusual name but very professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and fast. Exactly what I needed.

  Super friendly and kept in contact with me (called me more than once as a precaution because they were busy and didn't want to forget my appointment) at all times. Arrived a bit earlier than the appointment time and was finished re-keying 5 doors in less than 15 minutes. Was very friendly to my non-verbal toddler as a bonus. Also double checked all the doors, even managed to re key a door they thought couldn't be re-keyed, and stayed for us to also check all the doors. Highly recommend

  Super easy to work with! Technician was super friendly and professional. Got a great deal and loved how thorough he was. Not to mention they actually answered the phone!! Called multiple other businesses to get a key made for my car and nobody answered. Good thing! So happy with my services
