  I had 6 keys made and 0 of the 6 keys worked for a house key. $21 wasted. And will have to spend money somewhere else to get the keys made that are needed for family members. I also sent an email on the link provided on my emailed receipt, and no response yet. However, I am not totally upset with that because they deserve Christmas Eve and Day with their families.

  The keys worked in the lock they were made for as well as the old one does. It must have been a long time since I have gotten a key made since the price for the keys were 3 times more than I remember paying the last time I had them made.

  Had 6 keys cut at the kiosk. None worked. Called support and waited 15 minutes and they never picked up. Sent 2 emails through their support system and no responses. Lowe's guys said 30%+ of the key cut with the machine come back. While I had him re-cut my keys a couple came back with the same issue.
