  They did send a tech out. But not before the order ticket was apparently canceled on my end. Ended up calling out 2 lock smiths because the orginal I thought would not come ended up arriving. They need to work on their service ticket system. The tech was great and did he job fantastically but the communications was non existent. I even tried to call after I saw the ticket was canceled and got no answer. Overall the work was done and I'm happy about that but as it stands I don't think I would order one again if needed. When you say they will be there in 30 min to a business that requested urgency They should be there in 30 or 25 min. Not a whole hour after they should have been there. Overall bad experience with the company but the technicians themselves are very competent and helpful.

  Junior was a great technician! He was very responsive and communicated well. He arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment and completed all of our requests. He was fantastic! Highly recommend.

  Great customer service! Stopped in to have keys copied and was out in just minutes!! Thank you Pat and Sandy for your help and for such a great experience at Pop-A-Lock, I will definitely come back next time I need help!!
