  Made three copies of a key, none of them worked even though the key I used to make them was the original key that came with the new Schlage lock I had installed. I have successfully made keys using Minute Key in the past, but this was a swing and a miss. Update: Minute Key refunded the cost of the keys, no hassle. Stuff happens and they made it right, so I'm increasing my review to 3 stars.

  Nice, quick and easy to use. Just wish the prices were displayed on the outside of the machine so I would know what the cost was before using it. Keys were a bit pricey in my opinion, but it really helped to get a free key when I bought 2.

  Although I doubted keys cut in a machine, these were accurately cut and all worked perfectly. When I've had them cut at the counter by a live person, I have had to return and have them recut. So overall, I would choose the machine again next time.
