  I needed lock changed on a commercial property. I called at 11 AM and was told a ticket would be submitted. 2 hours later I call due to I still had not been contacted by a technician. The operator told me that the ticket had just been accepted and I should be contacted shortly. Still another 2 hours later I call back. The operator was a different lady this time and put me on hold to contact the technician directly. She said he had never received the ticket and should be calling me directly. He called me within 30 minutes. At this time, he informs me that they have several trucks down and he will need to contact his boss to see if he can leave the office to change lock before 5PM (It was 4.30 by now) TEN MINUTES UNTIL 5 he calls me back stating that they will not be able to make it for SEVERAL DAYS!!!! Y'all, I was livid at thus point, as I had sat at this building ALL DAY because it was vacant and unable to be secured only to be told AT THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY that they would not be able to come for SEVERAL DAYS! Eventhough this was not fault of my own, they did not even try to make it right. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  It was awesome, I was doing a delivery, left my car running and locked myself out of my car. Called popalock they showed up late but gave me a discount for it. Awesome technician, knowledgeable and efficient. If I am ever in a bind these guys are my go to!

  The technician was timely and very helpful. Referred me to another technician that was able to have a new key made for my lock since the key was lost. Both were extremely helpful and I will definitely use their service in the future if needed!
