I had a total flat tire within a mile of my indicator light going on. I went to my Geico app and requested flat tire service. Pop A Lock was assigned to me. I was told via text that they would respond within 45 minutes. I got a call from the driver in less than 15. He put my spare on and was done within 10 minutes. He had all his own equipment and knew exactly what he was doing. Polite, and professional. I’m really impressed. So amazing!!

Absolutely fast and great service! I definitely recommend! I had a dead battery and they came and quickly gave me a jump. He also offered me a battery which I accepted since the price was the same as the battery I had intended to go purchase at a nearby auto parts store. He changed my battery out right there and I was able to continue on with my day like nothing had ever happened. 😁

Who knew replacing a battery was so easy!!??! Pop-A-Lock arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and gave the solution and total price including all the fees. They even recommended that I call, and then happily stood there while I got a second quote from a well known auto parts store! Turns out it was the exact same price and I was relieved to pay Pop-A-Lock to take care of it in my drive way. Thank you very much!
