Let me start out by saying the guy that came out was very kind and polite. But they are considered self-technicians which means they do not work for the company directly just someone dispatch them the job. The company listed on Google as 702 phone number but as soon as I call it got routed to a different area code which is sketchy to begin with. I spoke with someone and we settled on estimated $85 or less for the service. By the time I pay, the technician said the company is charging $85 but $30 is for the labor. Please be careful with this locksmith service as well as other locksmith services in town. This is the third company that I called and it's the better one out of the three which isn't saying much

Russ was amazing! He was at the house within 30 mins. Professional and finished in about an hour. Thank you for getting our stuff out of our safe.

The bad luck I had tonight is something out of a movie. Not once but twice I had my keys locked in my car.  I can say that I was extremely  impressed with the the second service he was quick and very professional. A big thumbs up for BlueSky Locksmith. Thank u from the bottom of my heart for.

Needed keys made for mailbox. Not a common key. Found a supplier and Russ had to open a new account. Got the key blanks and then Russ cut three keys for me. Price very reasonable.  Russ went out of his way to fix my situation. Highly recommended.

Dont ever call russ ! He is a weirdo.  I will be reporting Russ   to the better  business  bureau.. he is so not professional  at all ! I do not care how cheap his prices are. I rather pay double!

Lisa you are not my customer. You are a gate keeper with no social skills or customer service skills. Your job was to come to my car and say "Sir Can I Help You" when I came to the front of the line. You ran to the front of my car like an enraged animal with a phone to your ear telling me that you were calling the police. This represents that you are a crackhead or just crazy. Any person who is of the right mind does not run in front of a car. I was on the phone with my customer and did not have that given moment to respond to you while you were standing in front of my car. Obviously you could not hear me. You never walked to my window. I responded to your demands and backed up 50 feet to get around the cones you laid out. I pulled away from you to the front of your complex on the exit side as I realize that I did not want to engage your rage. But this was not enough for you. You had to abandon your post in the guard shack to interfere with my relationship with my client. You walked 40 feet to put your mouth and lack of intelligence to work and influence my customer. I gave the option to my client that if he wanted to call another locksmith he was entitled. However it was Sunday and no other locksmith would serve this customer for $40.00 dollars. But again even when I told you to put your head in a bucket and return to your shake this was not enough for you. You had to call me personally and report that you were calling the police again. Three times I tried to avoid you. The final was that I asked the customer to meet me at the 7/11 to finish my relationship with him so that he could get his keys cut. It was true that I choose the wrong lane because I was thinking that I needed a gate code. Then I looked up and seeing others drive in the same as my complex I decided to follow them. Then I realize that there was a gate keeper but it was too late I was already committed inside of your cone alley and if someone had pulled in behind me I would not have been able to back up. You are a troubled person who needs social skills.
