  Locked myself out of my car this morning while I was warming it up and the spare key fob's battery was dead. When i called in a panic, rather than charging me for an emergency visit, Pocono Locksmith kept me on the phone and helped me figure out how to pop the cover off the handle to locate the keyhole. 100% recommend!!!!

  Well I've been trying to reach this company, by phone,text and chat through his website for 4 days now. Phone numbers don't work. No response from chat or even text messages. He is either out of business or doesn't want any business. I have dealt with him before that is why I tried to reach out to him again,very disappointed in customer service or lack of it I should say.

  After my keys disappeared in the house I was staying at in PA, I had to get a locksmith to get me a replacement so I could make it home to VA. Lock doctor showed up as fast as he could, manually unlocked my 2018 infiniti Q60 in the snow & got me my replacement & it's even better than the original. Had no cash in hand so he let us follow him to the ATM after service & even let my boyfriend & I sit in his heated vehicle while we waited for him. Thank you for amazing service!!
