Was going to DIY a new deadbolt and door lock set. Realized I couldn't do it myself. Old metal door required new holes drilled. I didn't have the tools for it and I definitely didn't want to make things worse Called Pocono Locksmith. Since it wasn't an emergency they scheduled me for the next day. Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly. Great customer service. Couldn't ask for a better experience and Pocono Locksmith is now my go-to locksmith. Highly recommended!

When I lost my 2021 key fob and tried to go to the dealer replace it, the amount they wanted to charge was insane. I looked around several places but most couldn't help me because they didn't have the ability to laser cut the key. Then I found Pocono Locksmith! They assured me that it could be done and with complete confidence. When Chris met me, we had a small problem because I needed a code. He called the parts department and spoke with someone and drove me to the dealership. He cut and programmed it in minutes. Chris was very kind and knew exactly what he was doing. I will happily recommend them to anyone and they'll be the first I call if/when it happens again. Thank you so much!

Chris did a superb job for us in installing a keypad lock on our front door. The lock had some issues requiring a factory reset, and he solved the problem quickly and finished the installation. He even did more than we asked -- tightening door hinges and flooring screws. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.
