  We mistakenly left the key to our bike rack at home while traveling and had no luck calling around to find spare key sets at stores in Illinois and eastern Iowa. The manufacturer (Kuat) said locksmiths wouldn’t be able to do anything and the best bet would be to have the cables cut and replaced later, but J&J was able to open the locks for us and tried to make a key. Very much appreciated and glad we stopped after all.

  They changed the locks I brought in to match my current keys in about 5 mins. Prices were perfect. Employee was respectful. I will use them for any other locksmith needs that arise!
