  WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY RIP OFF SENIOR CITIZENS. My mother had a friend call the first locksmith who was available for 24-hour service, after she locked herself out of the house in the evening. The locksmith came to my mother's house, says that he tried multiple ways to open her door locks, but was unable to let her in without drilling through her existing lock, which meant that he would have to completely replace that one lock. He then proceeded to tell her she needed to change out all the locks on her doors so she would have just one key to use. Three hours later, around midnight, he handed her a receipt, outside, in the dark, without explaining to my mother all the charges listed on the receipt. He told my mother, who is 77 years old and was tired and hungry, that the bill was for less than $200. She signed the receipt acknowledging the work, but when she checked her account the next morning, the charge from the locksmith was for $1000 more than she was told. There was no contact information on the receipt, no phone number, address, website, not even a company name. After calling multiple locations to determine what company this locksmith worked for, and being given the runaround by the company who was claiming they did the work, we also contacted the locksmith himself, asked him what address his company was located at so we could go to the location and speak with someone about the exorbitant, possibly erroneous, charges, and he gave the address of 3770 US Hwy 98 N in Lakeland, the address for the Toys R Us building which has been vacant and demolished. I contacted the merchant, on behalf of my mother. I called a number I found after conducting a Google search, as there is no contact information listed on the receipt which was given to my mother at the time of the transaction. The representative I spoke with said her name was Mary. She verified their company did provide the locksmith service for my mother, I told her what I believe had happened, and how my mother had been taken advantage of and the service misrepresented to her, along with the cost. She said that the complaint department would call me back, Mon-Fri between 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and then she hung up on me. I called back a second time, this time speaking with a representative who said her name was Rojalio. I told her the same information, she also verified the service was done by their company, gave me the same response that the complaint department would call me back, and when I asked for a confirmation number for the registration of my complaint, she also hung up on me. I have not received a phone call from anyone associated with the merchant. We are continuing to dispute the charges with the bank, and are pursuing legal action as well, as this company preys on seniors and has unethical business practices. In fact, while filing complaint with the PCSO, we found out that another person in the office had also been scammed by them. And, while the report was being filed, the detective made two attempts to call the company, and once she identified herself, the phone call was disconnected.
