  I called when my teenager forgot the keyand locked us out of my house with my 3 little kids. I called and they said they would be out in 35 mins. I called back to ask about pricing and the woman on the phone says it depends on the make and model. He gets here and it's a little hard to understand him because he has an accent but says they have a flat fee of $195 to open the door, a $20 call fee, an hour of labor and IF they needed to drill my lock it would be an additional $75. So not sure why the woman on the phone couldn't just say that, unless they just want to trap you for them to come out. Of course the door needed to be drilled and then he offered to replace the locks for $115 each. Declined the new locks since we had a replacement and he let's me know my total was $420. When I questioned because I was expecting to pay $290 he said he told me there was a labor fee of $130. I let him know he never told me the labor fee price and assumed the $195 was the labor fee he replied "you didn't ask" I let him know he told me the price of everything else so I expected him to also mention that..because I couldn't understand fully what he was saying I assumed the $195 was the labor fee..what else would it be? A fee to use his reusable tools? Then the $70 drill fee..to literally drill the key hole in 10 secs again..shouldn't this be the labor fee?? In the end I paid because I just wanted him gone and my kids inside their house.

  I also got the same respond to the review before mine (Robe Ace). IT’S A SCAME PEOPLE!!!!! not to mentioned how RUDE this Chola was & after making me wait & slamming the phone before allowing me to even reply....Pleasssse take my money.
