  Had 3 keys made none of them worked almost locked myself out the house luckily I still had the original key but it was a waste of money how can I get a refund?

  Copied my key wrong and still haven't heard back about getting a refund, also the payment process on the kiosk wasn't clear and prossessing was delayed. Would probably never use kiosk again. On a positive note the key design options were pretty cool!
