  This place is the real deal. I needed an ignition installed in my car and using a screwdriver, I was able to start my car and drove it to P&M Locksmiths. Very friendly, professional staff there. I was greeted by Mary, and then Phil dropped whatever he was working on to come out to the parking lot to look at the situation. A DIFFERENT Locksmith had drilled out my ignition and I bought a new one online, to be installed. Phil has the old housing out and the new ignition in place, rather quickly. Mark was there now and we went to start my car but there was too damage to the ignition switch from using a screwdriver.. They don't stock this part, in fact, NO auto parts place that I called had one. I took my car home and ordered one online. Well today it arrived and I used my trusty screwdriver and returned to P&M... It was late in the day and again, I was greeted by Mary. Both techs were on jobs, so she got in touch with Mark. He was finishing up a job, but instead of going home, he returned and installed my ignition switch... Everything went smooth and so pleasantly nice. The cost was VERY fair and their concern to help me was amazing. They're located right in town and from now on, you're looking at a life long customer... Thank you guys SO much... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Mark came over and swapped out our locks. He was wicked friendly and helpful. He made me feel welcomed as a new Woburn resident.

  I cannot say enough about P&M. I have used them several times and they are great. Both times they were at my property within an hour. Mark is so nice and professional. Their pricing is unbeatable in my opinion especially for the quality service you get. They are neat and so quick! I had a special key that I used and Mark even went out of his way to go back to the office so he could key me another one! Do not use anyone else - you won't be disappointed!
