  Good technician and service (lock required some shaving of a metal part). But the good service and outcome was overshadowed by a pricing policy that included a high service call that was never communicated before the visit. Ensure you understand how they price before engaging.

  I have used locksmith's in the past however I can't begin to tell you how incredible the experience has been with Action Lock and Key. They are true professionals that are courteous and polite as well as prompt and responsive.   After Subaru quoted me $240 and LockSmith told me $90, this place made a copy of my Subaru key for $2.00! I bought a key head from carkeyexpress.com and brought it to Action Lock and Key to cut the key.
