Wonderful customer service. Prompt in getting our quotes back and stuck to the quoted amount closely. We had a challenging window creation with etching and despite challenges of our unique situation, the crew was able to get us wonderful finished products. They are in high demand for a reason. Would definitely work with them again.

Had a good experience working with noshbush glass on a few projects. They do excellent work. Not everything always goes right on a project  but they make sure that it is done correctly  and the end product is flawless. I will be calling them agin for the next project!

Terrible customer service!

Waited 4 weeks for a quote that I was told I would have the next business day.  Never did get a quote despite speaking to multiple people in the office, and being assured that I’d get a call back that day.

Turns out the person I was waiting to call me back IS THE OWNER.   His only excuse was that he was busy and didn’t get to it.  No apology for not having the courtesy to call his client back despite client waiting for call back for over a week.  Can’t believe they’re still in business!

DON’T Count on them to get the work done in the timeframe promised, or even give you a quote, in the timeframe they promise.
