I’m a property manager, in charge of many facilities in Southern MN. It can be difficult, trying to catch a local locksmith in-office, when I need a key replaced, or new ones made for a new employee. Using the KeyMe kiosk made the process so convenient! I scanned my keys at the kiosk, and a few days later they arrived in the mail. The keys were cut extremely accurately. I’m very pleased with the entire process!

I have needed to have another key made for my front door. When I went to have the key made, the first one something happened and I ended up with the wrong key blank. KeyMe took care of me quickly and I immediately went back and tried again. This time I ended up with the right key and I am extremely happy. I will definitely recommend that everyone use this service as they take care of the customer quickly in case of problems.

I put in a 4 star... ok experience. I do not like the pop ups after the selection, but it was my first experience. Key worked. Hoping the key that is coming works too
