  This place is like living in 1976. There is a post office with very helpful people. And if you need a key that will be guaranteed to work, this is the place. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. A family run business, I think. I hope Nichols never goes away. The other day I needed a key for my Suzuki DRZ400 motorcycle. They took the time to cross reference and use a Yamaha key. The nice young man told me "If it doesn't work, bring it back and we'll make another". Well, the key worked just fine. If you need a key, lock, or safe in the Yuma area, I would recommend this place for personal customer service and expertise.

  Excellent Customer Service. Made appointment for next day and The Service Man arrived right at scheduled time. The Technician, sorry forgot His name, was very thorough and was gracious for answering my questions about my ignition switch. I always thought only mechanics worked on cars but, nope. Good Job.

  We just bought a house in san luis az. Needed all my doors/cylinders to be rekey((total of 9)). I arrived at their location around 3:45pm on friday march 25.. Note they close at four. She first told me i wouldn't get them back/done same day. I told them I was going out of town/back home to CA/SF early Saturday morning. She said led me see what i can do. And to make the job more difficult to them i forgot my key. They had to stay lil longer/past 4pm and got everything re key. Great/excellent work. Thank you ladies you were a saver.
