I restore antique furniture and found a key broken off in the lock of a piece I was working on. I was able to pull out the end of the key and took it in to Mount's to see if they could make a copy from the small piece I had. They could and they did! Super fast and professional service and it made my day. I will certainly be a repeat customer for all my key related needs. Thank you!

They came out in 30 minutes and unlocked the neighbors running car in 20 degree weather.  They called back when the Locksmith was on his way.   Excellent service at a fair price.

I have been going to Mounts for years. They are skilled in their craft. If it can be done, they can get it done. Beyond their craftsmanship, they offer great customer service. Today one of the employees showed me how to program my fob, other locksmiths told me it would cost me a $100. If you want quality and service, then go to Mounts.

Needed a fob for my '14 Rav4. Bought the key from walmart website and came here since their price for programming is about half of that other compeditors around. Although they weren’t able to get the remote buttons to work, they did try three times. I have a key blade/chip that works for less than $90 total. Would have been nice to get a fob fully programmed but I felt that these guys were trustworthy and nice to work with

I was told by several different hardware stores that the key I wanted to duplicate was impossible to do.  These guys did it in 5 minutes.  Hats off.  I'll be recommending them in the future.

Above and beyond service here! I lost my key and so I had to order a new key and get it programmed. My car had been sitting for about 3 weeks and in this time, it suddenly started throwing an error code that was preventing the key from being programmed. The owner came out the same day, despite being slammed with customers, and spent several hours trying everything to get the key to program. Eventually he actually got the key to program and my car was able to start again! Very grateful for them going the extra mile, really saved me a lot of grief.
