Highly recommend this company! I called today (New Years Day) about our 2006 Chevy Trailblazer key lock not working. I thought no one would answer or be able to come out until Monday. Nate came out within 30 minutes, was very friendly, and professional. He unlocked our SUV in about 5 minutes! Thank you so much Nate and All points Locksmith! Our new year just got better because of you!

I didn't realize I had a chipped key - I honestly thought 'chipped' meant cracked or slightly broken, as mine was. I had my daughter bring in my cracked key and a new blank key. He was quite clear that because of the crack in my key, it may not be a clean cut and asked to bring my vehicle in the next day to A) make sure the cut was right and B) to program it for me. Sure enough, the cut was amazing - my car started right up with no issues. He then went on to program it for me. The dealership wanted nearly $200 for the key and an hour to program it! He had it done in minutes! And at a fraction of the cost! What I didn't know was that I could have gotten it all done in one day, with little wait time, for only $50! I didn't need to order it online and wait a week with no car! I will be using these guys again and recommend everyone I know to use them as well!!

Locked out of my home, My lock is a keypad deadbolt type that requires a four digit code. The lock was non responsive and the key the the deadbolt was inside with no other way in. I attempted about 40 times to open the door with the code and was unsuccessful. Called to have someone come out. Was told it would be $75 to have the van drive out and $25 to have a key made compared to other companies who will just drill the lock and destroy it. Locksmith, who was extremely professional and understanding, showed up very fast and began working. First key made did not work for the deadbolt or matching handle. 3 keys were made in total for the front door and none of them worked for both locks, the third key made worked on the handle lock but not the deadbolt. Locksmith suggested making a key for the back door that led into the garage and I agreed. That key also did not work for either the deadbolt or handle lock. In total 4 keys were made. While waiting for a second person to arrive the locksmith kept working on the key and asked me to try the code again. Somehow the keypad began working again and the lock opened without the use of any of the keys. In total this process took approximately 2+ hours. When asked what I will pay, the locksmith called the owner (wife) and was told to charge me full price of $100. I asked how this was still the price when I have no working key from that company in my hand. I said I should be charged $75 like I was told on the telephone. As I was about to call to discuss the price with the owner, the locksmith received a message from the other owner (husband) to charge me their hourly fee of $82.50 (first time hearing about hourly fee). I agreed to $82.50 and made it inside with no key and a now working key pad. Dissatisfied with the company and would not use again nor recommend.

Tyler, we value hearing from our customers. Making a key for a smart lock without damaging the lock can be a process that may take several keys. The process was not complete when the door magically opened, that’s great. I checked with my locksmith & to my knowledge you were charged the exact flat rate of $100 you were originally quoted not a penny more.
