  Purchased a Box of screws and wasn't offered a receipt. They were the wrong ones. I wanted to return them unopened and was told couldn't do it. Because I didn't have a receipt. I wanted to exchange them.Very poor business practice. The obess gentleman was very rude.

  The staff is extremely helpful with a sense of humor that makes you want to come back. When I can't find something I need, help immediately appears where I am led to the exact area of the store to get what I couldn't find. Of course if the store is busy, you have to seek the help.
