  This business is just a dispatcher who contacts other locksmiths. We had a locked gate from the inside. My daughter was locked outside and called them. They showed up and drilled a hole through the lock, when it would have been easy to simply use an Allen key, and push the lock opened from the outside. Later on, I did it and opened the gate in three minutes. They charged us $200 to destroy our lock for no reason. Stay away from them!

  Their contract worker took more than 75- min. to my house. Even I informed them my gas burner was on. The shop said the service fee was $20 plus amount the worker would charge after he did the job. After less 10-min. work, the work wanted to charge $120 plus $29.99 service fee.

  Entirely unreliable. I called to get service for my car keys. Dispatcher said technician will call me shortly to give me his eta and price quote. It's been a week and I never got a call. Would not want to depend on them for emergency situations.
