  Excellent customer service! Akw took the time to explain all possible options to us and let us know how each lock-type functions in terms of safety. He came fully prepared - well stocked with all the required equipment and was practically done in an hour's time. Super fast and efficient in his work style. Pricing is very affordable. Would only use him in the future for a lock job.

  Went to get a few keys cut here: 2 Car keys, 1 house key. The guy said that I’d have to bring the car in order to get the car key cut. When questioning it, he stated it was to “test” the key. Understandable but, just cut the key and I’ll deal with it if, in the slim chance, the key doesn’t work. After cutting it, I inspected the key. Literally cut the key on a completely wrong key. When I told him, he denied cutting it wrong. Again- a literal wrong key with different (noticeable) grooves. He took the key back and cut it on the correct key. As I was walking out, I noticed that the HOUSE key was copied onto a wrong key as well. Again, different noticeable grooves in the key. They insisted that the type of key we brought in was the “same thing” as the key they provided. But again, they had to take the key back to copy it on the right key. Either they cut the key wrong in defiance because I insisted on them copying the key without the presence of my car or they simply don’t what they’re doing. I’d understand if it was Blah Blah Insurance and Locksmith but to be a dedicated locksmith company is inexcusable. On top of that, they overcharge to copy keys. Give me a break. Good thing they messed up twice so that they eat the cost instead of the customer.

  Good and fast he did 07 honda fit extra keys in less than 15 minutes for my 2 cars separate days each time good work and good customer service 👍
