Bought 3 keys and none of them worked. The guy at Lowe's tried stopping me from buying but I had already paid for the keys. He said that the machine should be taken out of Lowes because nothing works. It's a rip off!!!

It was a simple door key and it did not work at all... Returned the key and lost money on the refund...Will never use again....When I took it back to Lowes was told they almost always come back...Paid 6 dollars and only got credit of 5 dollars....So basically ever key that returns because it does not work makes this company a dollar per key anyway....

Horrible! Paid $23 for 6 keys and not a single one of the fits my door. I will stick to the old fashioned way and get a person to cut my keys…. I used the machine for convenience and it’s ending up costing me more time and money in the long run. Very disappointed!
