We tried to copy two different keys and the machine kept reading an error code. The workers told us that means its out of keys. We came back again and it said the same thing even though the workers told us that they had been restocked. They are just basic keys too? So a bit frustrating but we were able to get them made at another hardware store in town. Would probably just skip this location.
