  Jerry has such knowledge, that I just had to describe the key over the phone, and he knew what it went to, and had blanks available to make copies.

  I entered the shop and an employee was working at the counter. He and I were the only ones in the store. He quickly glanced my way so I know we was aware of my presence. I did not expect him to immediately stop his work to attend to me but I stood at there for 10 minutes without so much as a “be right with you.” When I left and got back into my car, a man walked in and through the window I could see he was immediately waited on. I’m happy I didn’t spend my money here.
