Two of the three keys work fine in both the front door and back door locks. One key, the free brass key, will only work in the back door lock. It's not a problem as my sister has keys to my home and one fro the front door will not unlock the back door. So I gave her the brass key to open the back door.

Buying one key was definitely not worth it. No quality control. The key had a metal burr along the cut. I had to bring it to the key cutting area to have it fixed. Had I had them make it in the first time it would have been about half the price.  (Not opinion... Fact !!! )
The store couldn't give me a refund as it is a vendor's kiosk.

Quick and convenient I will definitely use this service again.

First off, getting locked out is frustrating enough. Finding a service who will come timely is also frustrating. So when I called this company and they told me “a drive was on the way” I was very excited. A unknown number who was this driver told me 30 minutes to wait and I did patiently. Then 30 minutes past and no one showed up so I called back. The guy told me that someone was on their way and would be there in 25 minutes. So frustratingly, I waited again. That time passed, and still no one has showed up. I called again and I’m told that he will call me back in one second. Still no one came or even called. At this point I had waited over an hour and a half. Then the phone number that had been reaching out to me the entire time decided not to answer anymore. I wasted 3 hours waiting on a service that was never coming. Just to call another company  and have them arrive promptly. Minute Key should stick to their kiosks and void this unreliable service.
