  I can't say I'm terribly pleased. I went there to get an extra key for my minivan. The first trip was great. They got the key made super quickly and got it programed in a timely manner. The problem is that they needed to order the key fob. I was told they'd have it in a week. Well, it has now been almost three weeks and I have not been able to get a hold of them and find out if my key fob is in and if I can pick it up. When I call they are either not in the shop, or the man who works there tells me his help isn't there and I'll have to call back... One time I called and the lady who works there told me she wasn't in the shop, but she was pretty sure she got the fob and she'd call me back. That was last week. She still hasn't called me and I still don't know when they will be in their shop so I can get the fob IF it's even there. I really, really, want to like this place, but at the moment I'm just getting fed up.

  Lakeland Locksmith was there in our time of need. They scheduled for the next morning to re-key my house and I stall a strike plate. The technician was personable, efficient and quick. Very friendly and efficient business. I would recommend them to everyone!
