  I bought two keys and got one free. Great I thought, until I got home and tried them. One by one I tested out the keys and not one would unlock the door. I thought maybe it’s the lock so I tried the original key. No it wasn’t the lock because the original key worked easily. So I contacted them twice through email. I gave the transaction number and kiosk number and explained what was wrong. I have yet to hear back from them and it’s been about a week. I should have gone somewhere else that would respond to me if something was wrong.

  The machine had no key selections which wasnt cool, so I got a few normal brass keys. Only there WAY too big and dont work, AND I didnt ask for a receipt. This happened 6 months ago at the same place. Do Not Use Walmart Minutekey!!!
