  Om July 1st, I spoke with Gilbert about a ProKey duplicate that did not work. He said I should receive a refund gift card by July 17. On July 23, he told me that a new refund gift card has been requested, and that I should receive it mid-August. As of today, I have not received it. Gilbert has been courteous and kind about this refund request, but I have yet to receive the gift card.

  I went to Lowe's to have a 2 keys made, unfortunately only one could be made due not having a blank in stock. I saw the Minute Key kiosk, placed my key in the machine and within minutes it made the key I needed. Thank you!!

  He initially said when I called at about 3:00, that he could be hereafter 6. At approximately 3:45 he called and said that he could get here in about 10 minutes. He was very quick at her job. I hope that he is always around to do business with when I need him.
