  I've gotten numerous keys from you in the past but as I've sent an email a few times indicating I requested the buy two keys get one free and I didn't receive the free key. I originally what's going to only get one duplicate but you had that special so I decided to do that. Very disappointed and spent a lot of time having others come check the machine to make sure it wasn't there because I'm in a wheelchair and I couldn't lean down to look in the window and the security guard and associate said it wasn't there. I'm hearing impaired so texting and email is the only way I can communicate. And reading your lips of course if I can see you. I didn't want to give you a bad rating for one bad experience. One of which I'm hoping you're correct. As I said all other times I've been 100% satisfied
