  Our church used Knowell's to rekey our entire locking system. They were very knowledgeable and efficient when giving us a price quote and when the process was being done. They arrived at the church on time and finished the work in half the time expected. Very helpful and amiable. It is hard to find competent contractors anymore who are punctual. Definitely an A++ experience!

  I recently needed to get my mother's house re-keyed. The team were fast to respond to my inquiry as well as quick to get out to us. Upon arrival the technician was extremely professional, with a clean cut appearance and well spoken. After checking a few of the locks the tech informed me that one of the exterior deadbolts and locks wouldn't accept a key due to corrosion. Luckily he had the parts on hand to replace the damaged parts and have all the locks keyed the same. The pricing was extremely fair and honestly way less than I could have imagined. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with a company that takes as much pride as Knowell's!

  Customer service is excellent! Delivery was within time frame given, they were very careful to not damage doors, floors or walls. Will absolutely use them again for any of my safe needs.
