  I had trouble with my credit card being accepted so I put in cash to then find out I had to have exact change (yet you don’t accept actual coins). When I realized I didn’t have the exact amount, the machine doesn’t give you back your cash. I asked for it to give me a coupon back…only to find out that didn’t work either. I paid double for my key…very frustrating.
