  Very convenient. Machine is located inside Lowe's. I had multiple keys to make but had to pay for each one after each key was made

  I used the robot key machine to duplicate a padlock key. The concept is cool and the menu driven automated device was easy to use and high tech. The final result was that the key didn't work in the lock. I immediately called the support line listed on the machine and the polite person issued me a refund on the spot. Although I didn't get a key they were good about the refund so they get 5 stars!
