  I bought two saint keys and got one free. I was really excited because my husband is a saints fan. Unfortunately the keys did work in my door after they were made. I sent an email the same day requesting a refund or replacement, but have not received a response.

  I went to the local Walmart to get copy of my keys. I ran into a guy that worked for you all’s company he was extremely helpful and so patient. He helped me make copies of my keys. He even had time to listen to my current problems. I hate that I can’t remember his name but he was so helpful. ( He said he came from Jackson to fix one of the machines that needed to be fixed). He definitely deserves a raise for great customer service. Keep up the great work sir. We need more people in the world like you.
